Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

Returns & Eligibility

We operate using a third-party fulfillment model, and our return and refund process is structured to align with supplier policies while still supporting fair and reasonable customer resolutions. We accept claims for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible, you must contact us within seven days of confirmed delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue. Items must not be intentionally altered, damaged, or misused, and any items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking information shows that an order has been delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation. Official documentation confirming non-delivery is required before any claim can be reviewed, and refunds or replacements are not guaranteed without proper verification.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout, missed deliveries due to customer absence, or theft or loss after delivery confirmation. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

Product Expectations

We strive to present accurate product descriptions and images; however, minor variations in color, packaging, or design may occur due to manufacturing updates or display differences. These variations do not qualify as defects. Refunds are not issued for change-of-mind purchases, buyer’s remorse, or dissatisfaction after delivery unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Returns Process

We do not maintain a public return address. If a claim is approved, return instructions will be provided at that time. Items should not be returned without prior authorization.

Refunds & Replacements

If a refund or replacement is approved, it will be processed within five to ten business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Discretionary Resolutions

In certain situations, we may offer partial refunds or alternative resolutions at our sole discretion. These may apply when an issue cannot be fully verified, when the item has been used, or when a return is not practical. All such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraudulent claims, we reserve the right to request additional verification and may deny claims that lack sufficient evidence. Repeated or suspicious claims may be refused.
